On December 7th, SCEDC attended the Burnham Community Dialogue to hear about the Binational Blue Line Trolley Extension Concept across our international border into Tijuana. Cordoba Corporation teams proposed concept offers a holistic and comprehensive approach to modernize mobility in the Cali-Baja region by mitigating congestion at the border, uplifting our North American Competitiveness and synergically improving the qualify of life for the Cali-Baja region. The Faze 2 proposed plan included Elevated guideway, Advanced Transit Clearance Facility, Intelligent Transpiration Solution and Intermodal Transit Center and Mobility Hub.
